we no longer recruit just anyone and a lot of the people are still new to the whole non camping and if we were not to allow everyone to scrim how would we know who to put in the scrim group?? :S

Okay hmmmmm cyea this is what i found on the offical css website about clans

Most clans these days go only by skill and becasue css is now expanding and getting bigger we are getting new thousands off new players every day everybody loves to be in a clan but theres one problem the clans that are out today only go by skill they dont give the new guys any chance off getting better and 98% off them dont want kids under the age off 13 in there clan but there are a very few clans that go by (if they like, play on there server so they get to know them ect ect) these are the clans that get somewhere for one they they would have some off the biggest clans in css ever and never die out most clans die after a year but clans that dont go by skill stay forever.
