Dealing with the dickheads!?

I would like to kno ur ideas on this system of getting rid of the dickheads fairly:

WARN (Verbally and Written)
SLAY
KICK
BAN (1 DAY)


??? simpler and gets rid of the dickheads.

Repeat offenders go to perm ban. only perm ban with permission from a Leader.

from experience watching other servers, after warning and then mainly the slay they get the idea and either play properly their onwards and even go hell yeah this IS more fun. or they leave which im just as happy for. I vote a really big YES!

and make sure its done in this order, no skipping the slay and kick straight to the ban, etc.

Still keep in perspective, and use a bit of discretion depending on what they are doing,
ie dont treat someone who is just verbally having a bit of a rage at no one in particular the same as someone verbally abusing an admin or female player who is going way overboard with abusive personal shit .... just as an eg ya know?

While we're at it, on behalf of Superman i'd like to apoligise for anything that happens to you over the weekend. Our bad. Superman will be busy in Ecuador shooting lines with Santa and the Easter Bunny. Also to clear up certain events that will happen over the weekend, Santa was merrily leaning over Bunny to grab a sweet he had dropped when both there trousers fell down. Santa has realeased an early press statement ''If neither of us exists, technically it never happened''
