scrim - TFG vs IGG

ok look guys, im not going to lie. that was a terrible and embarresing defeat for us. i can garentee if we used ALOT more teamwork and followed instructions and atleast listened to the gameplan. we would have had a better shot.

Hykariki will be posting a bulliten about this to discuss what we need to improve on. ok, ok, yes i know we have not had much practice and thats understandable, but theres a few things like this that just need common sence.

when we have more members, we will start to organise 'Scrim/war teams' with our more experienced players. but in saying that. everyone will get there fair go.

I totally agree.

Communication and discipline is the key to victory. I remember the other scrim we had, Hykariki
said, " all rush left" and 2 or 3 people went right.

To be honest, i think we already have plently of people.

but remember that not everyone we recruit are going to follow the rules :S

if there are people in our clan that doesn't obey the rules that means they wont be a member for much longer alright? and if they want to be member's and stay member's they will follow the rules

Yeah so new recruits (unless you know them really well) don't get to scrim straight up. They get trialled in normal games to get in and then they get trialled in practice wars within the clan. And if they can't follow rules, they either gtfo or they're just here as part of the community. That's really about all there is to it.

Meh, that's something that will come with practice. Nominate scrim leaders and then everyone has to learn to listen to the leader. Do you guys have ventrilo? You should really get it...

Ekstatic... thats why i am organising practice scrims within TFG. no more random scrims at this stage, we need to learn to work together and once we accomplish that. I will start to sort out Scrim teams. but for now, guys just keep play on the server and i will PM you guys when we will be having practice scrims.

nah ice, what i meant and what it looks like when you read it is different... even reading it again myself made me think that too... ofcourse we are going to scrim... i meant like... 'Muck around scrims' which is kinda pointless and gives us a 'crappy name' even tho we are mostly a family clan... other people will look at us by skill and judge us that way...
