For all who dont know when i am playing css i go offline in steam so i dont lag so no i havnt deleted u or blocked u and when i go online i go in2 spec coz my ping goes 2 like 200 and it sucks i have 2 many friends -_- lol

Nah its maximum Net speed and dl speed its just i got 2 many friends coz it doesnt happen 2 ivan and he plays with steam online
