Rhino man, some of the skins i used have made me significantly better with the guns. Like, i'm so much better with a kreig now just because of the skin and believe it or not, because of the sounds.
Surprisingly enough, the sounds have helped me a fair bit on some guns.. it just gives it a different feel somehow haha

I have skins but dunno how to install them any ideas?

find the files assosciated with CSS..
theres a folder that will have your username in it click on that.
eg counterstike-source/steam/apps/'username'/blabla/bla
then a folder called cstrike click on that.
then from your skins file drop 'materials' 'sounds' 'scripts' 'models' on the white section of the cstrike folder/screen. then click yes to merging folders to everything =]

thats the simple way of explaining it but it took me awhile to work it out anyway and get used to it. if this didnt help heres a tutorial dude
