could have limited admin, like Kick,and 30min ban, just the things that need to be addressed when no full admins are on, to stop people from camping or hacking or if they are just a complete asshat

From my experience with server administration, TFG are doing it the right way at the moment.
No need to have everybody as admin, as this opens the door for abuse.

It may get frustrating at times if there is a hacker/camper but thats the world of CSS.

best way you can help and if there is no admin around.
take a demo and make sure you type status, let an admin know and they can deal with it at a later time.

yea simply take there IP. tell myself or 1 of the admins. we will ban.

Yeh, steam ID is a better idea.
If you get their IP then they can still get on the server if they have a dynamic IP. (Like me =D)
