Seeking another.

i have decided to leave tfg and seek another clan to join,

i had some good friends here..
i really did.

hyk, we started this clan and you know it. when we finished that scrim againts i think tkaht ur like oii ekstatic i wanna make a clan called tfg and i said yeah man go for it. but now i have decided to leave.

Just my 2 cents worth
A Clan is as good as its members, this clan, I believe (correct me if I am wrong) is more along the lines of an extended family / community rather than a collection of "pro-gamers" where over the top competitiveness is the goal.
To this end it would be nice to see a bit more tolerence towards one another as well as consideration.
As in every 'family' disagreements arise from time to time, this is to be expected, but what would be good to see when these things crop up is for people to lean towards communication and consideration first, trying to work things out in a friendly manner so each party knows they have been heard and that their thoughts and opinions have been listened to. Rather than harsh and hasty words.
That isn't to say that everyone will agree to everyone elses opinon, but at least keep it civil.

As with most things that are a team/group effort, each puts in and contributes to the growth, setting up and advancement of the clan, each in their own way.
Whether that be simply supporting the clan and playing on the server, to those people who come up with ideas for music, maps and even the initial creation of the clan. Each has input and that shouldnt be overlooked or forgotten.
remember running solo is a lonely team
we also shouldnt alienate members, if people feel that something would be better if changed then talk to them about it
do unto others as you would have others do unto you
remember R.E.S.P.E.C.T. goes both ways
