REMOVAL OF RANK - SEMI

SeMi - you are a great guy and an awesome admin when you are on

You are simply to in-active for a Captain.

You are now demoted from TFG Captain to TFG Member

In regards to your admin, we have no problems with you keeping it.

Thats fair enough. and sooner than you think i will be even more innactive to continue being captain (because of new job). although im not captain anymore, doesnt mean im not going to continue what ive been doing with the captain ranking and i expect to be listened to and not treated like a regular member

although ive been demoted for inactivity. still would have been nice to still have that authority. personally i didnt feel like i was being too innactive.

like you said in ekstatics demotion thread. this ranking can be gained again with leaders decisions. So, at any time if you feel the thought of repromoting me to captain, you know im gunnu be here for ya guys.

In a way i feel a bit disapointed...
Hykariki came to me from the VERY start and said hey! im gunnu make a clan! we came up with a name together, we came up with the tag together etc. and was planning on actually being leaders of this clan together. Fair enough that hykariki had chosen people who would most likely be able to keep us on our feet and i ofcourse think thats a must. so i wasnt to disapointed about just being a captain. and i got comfortable with that. he had said to me i would always be one of the captains.
Unlike ekstatic, i am not whining about this, im just clearly explaining.
It just feels that im being "pushed through all the little cracks to the bottom"

and if more activity is what you want from me, i dont think that would be much of a problem.
but what will be is the fact you have already chosen the new captains.

I actually do feel SeMi should have authority too not a high rank of course but at least get a say

he did however lie about us coming up with the name HOWEVER!!! he did make the tag....i think

But if he proved himself or woteva i am more then happy to stand down as captain so he can have his spot bak....

haha ninja. no. thank you but the reason why i did get the demotion is because ice and hyk feel i am too in-active to continue being captain. and i am starting my apprenticeship again within the next week or two, which means even more in-activity.

you have earned this and you did not cut my grass, it just isnt going to work out with me being captain.

i rekon a rank for admins is nessecary so people know who to go to...

like ive told a few people, i dont let rankings judge how much effort i put into this clan. although, irish your idea is quite appealing maybe you should post a thread about that topic and see what people think about it.

Ice cube and Hykariki did mention that there are a few too many high ranked people though.

Its worth mentioning about though, either way it doesnt bother me. but thanks for your support guys
